Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Truu Artz Gallery, we take pride in ensuring every piece of art is handled with care from creation to delivery. Please review our shipping and delivery options below before placing your order.
Processing Time
- Art Prints: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
- Original & Custom Paintings: Processing times vary based on size, complexity, and completion status. Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of purchase.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping & Delivery Options
Art Prints — Standard Shipping
- Art prints are shipped via standard shipping methods, with shipping costs calculated at checkout.
- Shipping costs for art prints are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Original & Custom Paintings — Shipping Cost Split
- For original and/or custom paintings, shipping costs are shared equally:
- Customer covers 50% of the total shipping cost
- Truu Artz Gallery covers the remaining 50%
- The customer’s portion of the shipping cost will be communicated and invoiced prior to shipment.
Local Delivery for Original & Custom Paintings
- Truu Artz Gallery offers local delivery for original and custom paintings within 50–150 miles of our location.
- Delivery availability, timing, and the customer’s share of the delivery cost (50%) will be discussed and confirmed prior to completion.
- Delivery fees follow the same 50/50 cost-sharing structure as shipping.
Packaging & Shipping Carriers
- All artwork is professionally packaged to ensure safe transit.
- We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, based on artwork size, destination, and service availability.
- Tracking information will be provided once the artwork has shipped (when applicable).
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship within United States.
- International orders may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Issues & Damages
- Truu Artz Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the artwork and packaging. Email: truuartz@gmail.com
Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping or delivery information.
- Truu Artz Gallery is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered items due to incorrect address details.
