Due to the nature of our products and/or services, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances. By completing a purchase with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Please Note:

  • Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
  • We are not responsible for customer dissatisfaction, incorrect selections, or changes of mind after purchase.
  • Refunds or returns will not be provided for unused products, delayed use, or failure to read product descriptions.

Exceptions:

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

  • The item received is defective or damaged due to our error, and
  • You contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with clear proof (photos or documentation).

Any approved exceptions are handled at our sole discretion.
